What is this Blog about?

Hi there,

This Blog is really to get people to talk about Fitness issues. What do you do to stay fit, (or not!!). How does it help? How do you feel about it?

It could inspire someone else who maybe struggling with trying to stay on track perhaps.

Tips, suggestions, queries, observations anything is welcome.

I have already invited some of the TFL members to join the Blog and pen their experiences and forays into fitness. Please do mail in, this could be a wonderful community that spreads the word around and gets more people to stay healthy.

    TFL is a fab concept.No one else other than you could have done it.Doc, with due respect to you, i did not come across any mention on DIABETES.Men with hangihg bellies and bulging waistlines are prone to become diabetic.I suggest that since TFL is for both women and men, it be mentioned under the categories list.On the whole the blog is really good.I would enroll ASAP, to reduce my waistline and hanging bellie.The LOGO is impressive.
